North-polar azimuthal equidistant projection, d3-geo 3.1.1; north at the centre. True distances from the North Pole are proportional to radial distances, not distances between arbitrary points. The antipodal South Pole is a singularity represented by the outer circle; a 0.005-degree numerical cap (about 556 m) avoids an undefined azimuth. Antarctic coastlines and all inhabited southern countries remain visible. Shapes and areas are increasingly distorted toward the outer edge. Generalised navigation overview, not a cadastral or legal boundary map. Boundaries and labels imply no recognition or position on legal status.
USA is separate from North America. Latin America includes the assigned Central American and Caribbean territories. Regional membership and route exceptions are preserved in the source registry. Regional silhouettes are TerraScore design assets, not official regional flags.
